如何識別尼龍織帶真正身份 How to identify the true identity of nylon webbing

　　所需準(zhǔn)備的工具：尼龍織帶一條、滌綸織帶一條(或者其它材質(zhì)的織帶)、打火機一個。

　　步驟方法：將兩種不知類別織帶的經(jīng)緯紗線拆出數(shù)根，分別用打火機燃燒織帶，燃燒過程中觀察一些物理現(xiàn)象，以確定經(jīng)緯紗線的原料。燃燒時要分別對火焰、熔化情況及散發(fā)出的氣味、燃燒后的灰燼的狀況進行觀察。

　　下面是兩種織帶材料的燃燒物理性能參數(shù)，供大家參考：

　　尼龍織帶：靠近火焰即收縮熔融,滴落并起泡不直接續(xù)燃,氣味似芹菜味，燃燒冷卻后出現(xiàn)硬、圓、輕、棕到灰色珠狀。

　　滌綸織帶：靠近火焰即熔縮收縮熔融,滴落并起泡能續(xù)燃,少數(shù)有煙,帶有極弱的甜味。燃燒冷卻后出現(xiàn)硬圓,黑或淡褐色的珠塊。

　　注意事項：不需要燃燒很久，點燃到鑒定材質(zhì)一般30秒內(nèi)就可完成。

Steps and methods: Remove several warp and weft yarns from two unknown types of woven tapes, burn the tapes with a lighter, and observe some physical phenomena during the burning process to determine the raw material of the warp and weft yarns. During combustion, it is necessary to observe the flame, melting situation, emitted odor, and the condition of the burned ash separately.

The following are the combustion physical performance parameters of two types of ribbon materials for your reference:

Nylon webbing: It shrinks and melts near the flame, drips and bubbles, and does not directly ignite. The odor is like celery, and after burning and cooling, it appears hard, round, light, brown to gray bead like.

Polyester webbing: It melts, shrinks, contracts, and melts close to the flame, drips and bubbles, and can continue to ignite. A few may have smoke, with an extremely weak sweetness. After combustion and cooling, hard round, black or light brown beads appear.

Attention: It does not need to be burned for a long time, and can be ignited to identify the material within 30 seconds.
