　　1.滌綸

　　滌綸纖維特色 (細(xì)密)--熱熔染色, 高溫高壓法染色--所選用染料--分散染料--溫度--(熱熔染色)190攝氏度擺布--(高溫高壓法染色)130攝氏度擺布。

　　2.尼龍(蛋白商品)

　　尼龍纖維特色(具有反響性官能團(tuán))--汽蒸技術(shù)--所選用染料--(弱)酸性染料--溫度--100攝氏度擺布。

　　3.棉成品(纖維素纖維)

　　染色車間根本的技術(shù)及流程

　　1.滌綸纖維

　　入帶--前水洗--前烘干--上色槽--預(yù)烘(紅外線)--高溫焙烘--后水洗(復(fù)原清潔)--后烘干--落帶。

　　紅外線預(yù)烘的效果：

　　染料分子開始附著在纖維上,防止色花等疑問的呈現(xiàn)。

　　高溫焙烘的效果：

　　使染料分子充沛進(jìn)入纖維內(nèi)部,完結(jié)染料上染纖維的進(jìn)程。

　　復(fù)原清潔的效果：

　　使得剩余的染料分子進(jìn)行分解，確保商品色牢度。

　　2.尼龍纖維

　　入帶--上色槽--熱蒸汽起汽蒸--后水洗--后烘干--落帶

　　汽蒸的效果：

　　使酸性染料分子充沛與纖維中相應(yīng)的官能團(tuán)進(jìn)行反響，完結(jié)酸性染料上染纖維的進(jìn)程。

　　水洗的效果：

　　清理沒有反響的染料分子，確保商品色牢度等。

Restoration cleaning effect:

Decompose the remaining dye molecules to ensure the color fastness of the product.

2. Nylon fiber

Entering the belt - Coloring tank - Hot steam steaming - After washing with water - After drying - Falling belt

The effect of steaming:

Make the acidic dye molecules abundant and react with the corresponding functional groups in the fiber, completing the process of dyeing fibers with acidic dyes.

The effect of washing with water:

Clean up dye molecules that have no response and ensure the color fastness of the product.
